1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Returned within 14 days of delivery.

In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized items (Embroidery, logos, custom sizing, or design modifications).

Used, washed, or soiled items.

Items without original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, Linkwell Uniforms will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Customer Remorse (Wrong Size/Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original method of payment.

Timeline (Card Payments): Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).

Timeline (Cash Payments): Refunded via bank transfer or original method within 7-14 business days.
4. Warranty & Defects
Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Defective products will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
