CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS & LOGO USAGE – IMPORTANT
Products customized using our online customization tool, email, or WhatsApp
(including logo printing, embroidery, name customization, or design modifications)
are made to order.
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation fees apply only to non-customized products, where applicable.
Once production has commenced, no changes or modifications to customized orders can be made.
By submitting any logo, brand name, or artwork, the customer confirms that they own the rights
or have legal authorization to use such content. uniformsonline.store, operated by
Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE, shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark
infringement arising from customer-submitted content.
Customization previews are indicative only. Minor variations in size, placement,
stitching, or color are considered normal and acceptable.
Payment Option
Pay with any Credit or Debit Card via Stripe (a secure online payment gateway).
Order Change or Cancellation.
Cancellation requests for non-customized products may be subject to cancellation fees,
depending on the order status and processing stage.
Orders for customized products are not cancellable once payment is confirmed.
uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE, will not hold orders
for more than 15 days beyond the acknowledged shipping or collection date.
Order Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment in advance is required for all orders.
uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE, will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We accept payments online in AED using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe (a PCI-compliant online payment gateway).
In case of any disputes, the applicable law shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Lead Time and Backorders
Some products may be subject to a 5–10 working day lead time. While we make every effort to keep lead time information up to date on the website, actual lead times may vary depending on product availability and order requirements.
If lead time is critical to your order, we recommend contacting our team prior to placing
your order for confirmation and a more accurate estimated delivery timeline.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
As per the new Government Law of the United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to most transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.
Shipment
uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE will ship in accordance with your instructions. When no shipping instructions are provided, uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE will ship via the best means available. Shipping charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs, will be added to your invoice.
Delivery
uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE will deliver free of charge within the UAE on all orders above AED 500. Other options are:
- EX-works collection from our warehouse
- UAE Orders below AED 500 will be delivered at a charge of AED 27 per shipment.
Return Goods
Received orders may be requested to be returned to uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE up to 14 days after receiving your order only in the case that the items are not as described. Authorization must be obtained from uniformsonline.store, operated by Linkwell Uniforms & Trading FZE in writing BEFORE returning items for any reason. When requesting Return Authorization, include the item name, order number, and reason for return. Products must be in original condition including the original packaging materials. Kindly note that all unauthorized returns will be refused and no claims for refund will be accepted. Return items must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped collect are refused. The above clause is applicable to standard items that we stock locally and does not cover any special orders, imports, or customized products, all of which may be subject to a 30% restocking charge and in some cases are non-refundable.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Freight Damage
If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carrier's written damage report is to be forwarded to Linkwell Uniforms & Trading Fze via email or Whatsapp.

All online payment services are provided by Stripe. Note that all financial transactions are processed by Stripe. and that Linkwell Uniforms & Trading Fze does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on the Linkwell Uniforms & Trading Fze website, customers will be forwarded to the Stripe payment gateway site to complete a secure online payment.
