We offer flexible delivery options including ex-works pickup at our affiliated locations, consolidated freight shipments, and express courier services.

1. UAE DELIVERIES

Order Processing & Handling Time
The time it takes to prepare your order depends on the specific "Availability" label found on the product page. This transparency ensures you know exactly when to expect your uniforms.

Handling Time: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Note on Customization: Adding logo or name embroidery does not add extra handling time. We process all customizations within the standard handling times listed above.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched (after handling time), the courier transit times are:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2 - 3 working days.
Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) UAE time on working days are processed same-day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. IN-STORE COLLECTION (Cash & Carry)
You may arrange pickup directly from our Collection point at no additional charge.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We proudly serve customers across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East with reliable international shipping services.
Shipping Rates

Middle East (GCC): Starts at AED 150 (Up to 1 KG). Rates increase by weight.

Africa & Europe: Starts at AED 300 (Up to 1 KG). Rates increase by weight.

Note: Rates are subject to change based on destination and dimensional weight.
International Delivery Timeframe

Middle East (GCC Countries): 5 - 7 working days

Customs & Duties

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their destination country.

Delays: Linkwell Uniforms is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Documentation: We provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (upon request).
4. BULK & FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
For large or bulk orders (Corporate, Hospitality Groups), we offer consolidated freight shipment options.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report visible damage to the courier and contact us within 48 hours at contact@uniformsonline.store with photos.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve within 7-10 working days.
